Wellness Wednesday: Building Habits That Stick

We all want to be healthier, but how do we actually stick with our wellness goals? Here are the strategies that work for me.
Wellness isn't about perfection. It's about progress and consistency.
I used to be all-or-nothing with my health goals. I'd commit to a strict routine, and when I missed one day, I'd throw in the towel completely. Not anymore.
The Habits That Have Stuck
- Morning intention-setting (even just 2 minutes)
- Moving my body in a way that feels good (not punishment)
- Drinking water throughout the day
- Getting 7-8 hours of sleep
- Limiting caffeine after 2 PM
- One day a week of nourishing self-care
The key? Start small. Add one habit at a time. Celebrate the small wins. And most importantly, be gentle with yourself on the days you struggle.
